Payment method: We accept bank wire transfers (SWIFT) in USD, EUR, and GBP. Payment is due before work begins.
Pricing: All prices are fixed and displayed on our website. The price confirmed at the time of your order is the price you pay — no hidden fees, no additional charges.

All audits are delivered as professionally formatted PDF reports sent to the email address you provided. We will notify you by email when your report is ready.
In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to technical complexity or factors beyond our control. If a delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If you are not satisfied with your audit for any reason, request a full refund within 7 calendar days of delivery by emailing contact@sharpseo.io.
Refunds are processed via the same method as the original payment (bank wire transfer). Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

You may cancel an order before work has begun for a full refund. Once the audit is underway, the 7-day money-back guarantee applies upon delivery.
